Summer is spent on the swimming circuit with my son. Even though it is my son who does the swimming, I too find it exhausting: i deliver/collect from training twice a day weekdays. There is a swimming competition somewhere in Languedoc Rousillon EVERY weekend. This week-end we attended our last competition of the season at Lodève. It’s over for another year, life returns to normal. And guess what? I feel a huge void!! But, we can celebrate the fact that his team, CNC, won the championship - yes, they are the Champions of all of Languedoc Roussillon and I am so proud to be associated with this fantastic, devoted and passionate team. Bravo CNC!
Je passe l’été en faisant un tour du Languedoc Roussillon car mon fils fait partie du club de natation de Céret. Même que c’est lui qui nage, j'ai trouvé la saison épuisante mais amusante à la fois! Je lui fais monter/descendre de chez nous tous les matin et tous les soir les jours ouvrés pour qu’il puisse faire l’entrainement avec le club. Il y a une compétition chaque weekend quelque part en Languedoc Roussillon. Nous sommes a peine de rentré de la dernière compétition de la saison à Lodève. C’est fini pour encore un an et on reprend la vie normale. Et vous savez quoi? Je me sens un grand vide! MAIS, on peut fêter le fait que son équipe a gagné le championnat - si, ils sont les champions de nation de toute la région du Languedoc Roussillon et je suis tellement fière d’être associé avec cette équipe si fantastique, si dévoué et passionné. Bravo le CNC!
